REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy constitute a legally binding contract between CS-HUB (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered address at 502, Avishkar Prashant CHS, Vinayak Ramchandra Bhide Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400028 and having its corporate office at 304, 3rd Floor, Hind Services Industrial Premises CHSL, Jambhekar Maharaj Road, Shivaji Park, Dadar (West), Mumbai – 400 028 (“CS-HUB”, “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the services, or any legal entity that avails services on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”). This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms the essential part of the Primary Document of Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy of the website or platform of CS-Hub and it should be read in connection with such Terms.
This service refund and cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which a customer can receive a refund for product purchased, including the reasons for refund eligibility, the timeframe for requesting a refund, and how the refund will be processed. It's a crucial document for businesses as it sets clear expectations for customers and protects the business from potential disputes.
1. Refund Eligibility:The customer shall be eligible for cancellation of product purchased and refund under following Circumstances:
1. Dissatisfaction with the working of the product or mobile application,
2. Failure to deliver the service related to product or application as promised, or
3. If the product or application does not function due to the fault or negligence of the service provider.
4. Any other reason which is considered by the service provider.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:The customer may request a refund within first 60 days after observing any faults or shortcomings in product. In the event of discontinuation of service and product due to the default or negligence on the part of the service provider, the customer can initiate refund process within 7 days of such default, provided a reasonable opportunity to correct the default is being given to the service provider.
3. Refund Process:Upon the customer initiating a cancellation or refund request, the refund will be processed and issued in the original form of payment within 21 days of receiving the refund request & receipt of approval for refund from the service provider.
4. Conditions for Refunds:a) The customer must meet certain conditions to be eligible for a refund, such as providing proof of purchase or returning any materials demanded by the service provider which are received in connection with the service related to the product.
b) If the customer subscribes to the product or mobile application for the term of one year and wishes to discontinue the services due to any kind of fault or deficiency in the product upon providing appropriate and sufficient evidence, the amount of subscription for a period of 1 month shall be deducted as cancellation charges and the balance amount if any of the subscription fees for remaining term of subscription shall be refunded.
c) In the event of any fault or infringement of terms and conditions or the privacy policy or any other act which is detrimental to the business of the company is observed on the part of the customer, the customer will not be eligible for any refund and can be subject to fines, penalty and legal action.
