Experience: 1- 2 years
Education: Graduation with Govt. Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board (GDC&A) and co-operative Housing Management (CHM)
- Data entry for all the monthly payments and receipts
- Generate monthly or quarterly bills, review and get it approved from the managing committee
- Drafting notices and sending it to the managing committee for approval
- Draft the response to any open requests on behalf of the committee and send it to managing committee for approval and closure of the reported requests
- Draft the response to the complaint raised by the member in accordance with the Bye-Law and submit it for the managing committee approval
- Schedule the meetings on behalf of the managing committee; draft the agenda and submit it on behalf of the managing committee
- Draft the minutes of meeting and submit it for the managing committee and general body approval
- Follow-up with the members to make payments for the bills raised
- Collection of cheques and drop the payments to the bank
- Update the bank reconciliation and generate the financial statements and the applicable ledger
- Maintaining all the statutory registers in accordance with the bye-laws
- Assisting the managing committee to schedule the managing committee meeting, special general body meeting, annual general body meeting and reminding the alerts generated by the system
- Assisting the managing committee to review the bye-law compliance and report any violations
- Prepare the managing committee for annual audit
- Level 1 financial statement preparation using the CS-Hub proprietary software
- Coordinate with the approved chartered accountant and GDCA to get the returns and audit activities completed for the managing committee approval
- Prepare the managing committee to present the audited accounts to the general body at the end of the co-operative year
